WIMB Run + Yoga: Give Presence and LightΒ 

Thursday 12/8 fromΒ 6:15pm-7:15pm

In the upcoming season of giving, give yourself the chance to slow down, savor the moment, and focus on presence. Amanda Nurse will lead a mellow run through some festive parts of town with time to pause and enjoy the holiday lights and cheer. Brittany Flaherty will then lead a nurturing, candlelit yoga for runners class featuring heated flow and restorative poses to help you unwind, de-stress, and stay in tune during a busy time of year. After the workshop, enjoy healthy and delicious vegan treats from Nutty Life. Between the holiday lights, candle light, scented oils, and after-class treats, this will be a sweet, sensory, and soothing experience.
